Chase Kelly is the founder of Sidewinder Fitness and a dedicated fitness coach with a background in exercise science, nutrition, and bodybuilding. A former college athlete, state champion powerlifter, and the 2024 Mr. Ohio Novice Bodybuilding Champion, Chase also earned the title of Mr. Ohio Heavyweight Bodybuilding Runner-Up. His journey into fitness started at a young age, driven by a passion for the science behind training. With a degree in exercise science, Chase has worked with clients from ages 8 to 80, helping them achieve their fitness goals through personalized coaching. Whether it’s bodybuilding, weight loss, or functional training, Chase combines his expertise with a passion for making lasting changes in people’s lives. His mission is to inspire and empower others to reach their full potential, one step at a time.
